Hotel di prima categoria posto nella parte moderna di Bursa. Ho trovato tutto eccellente, dall'accoglienza dello staff al check in , alla pulizia della camera fino alla colazione e servizi inclusi. Nella struttura è presente un centro benessere molto accogliente ed un centro fitness all' avanguardia. Vi sono inoltre due ristoranti di cui uno all' ultimo piano con vista sulla città. Tutto davvero eccezionale.

Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is family-run, and the managing family is extremely friendly. They are fluent in both Turkish and English. I would also like to give a special thanks to Ahmed, an Arabic-speaking staff member, who was incredibly helpful during our stay. We had a really pleasant stay at Bursa Suites Apart Hotel. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and the main attractions. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. A special thanks to both Abdullah, who was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to assist us and made us feel truly welcome. The rest of the team was also friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was an excellent experience — great service, comfortable rooms, and a warm, homely atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bursa!
