I have enjoyed my stay and it was really awesome hotel with very friendly staff and great location. Breakfast was very delicious and atmosphere in every corner of hotel was breathtaking. Crowne Plaza Bursa Convention Center and Thermal Spa, located in Nilufer, Bursa's new city center, is surrounded by Suryapı Marka AVM, the city's largest shopping center, and is right across from Mall... Very nice hotel ,, perfect location and alot of restaurants and coffee in front of the hotel .. perfect breakfast 👍 , and so clean rooms and helpful staff really good choice..

This was a significant advantage, especially after busy days of exploring the city. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and we particularly want to commend Abdullah for his outstanding service. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His warm demeanor and willingness to assist truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Being so close to all the local markets was a huge convenience for our family. We loved being able to step out and immediately immerse ourselves in the vibrant local life, discover fresh produce, and find unique souvenirs. It made exploring Bursa on foot incredibly easy and enjoyable, with many key attractions just a short stroll away. Offering a spa centre and ski-to-door access, this non-alcoholic hotel is located in Uludag. There is a ski storage and games room on site. The staffs are very accomodating and go above & beyond. The place was beautiful with amazing food. 10/10 will be back.

Situated near forests on the slopes of the Uludağ, Kaya Uludag is located 22 km from Bursa. Ski slopes are located 10 metres from the property. Everything was just perfect, all inclusive concept was well planned and delicious food made our holiday unforgettable. Hotel staff were very helpful and kind.
