Great welcome by Ayhan and Kadir at The Beach 15 from the Ramira Joy Hotel as well who will take care of you with a smile and great customer service at the beach . Honestly, really nothing to said because it was just the perfect holidays. Our stay was wonderful and the place is very good for kids, with a comfortable and safe environment. We did have a small issue with noise from the room next to us, but the manager Oguzhan was very understanding and professional. They didn’t have free room but reception Furkan worked and changed our room, which made a big difference. We really appreciated their quick and thoughtful response. Thank you to the manager and the whole team for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon!
