We were moved to an upgraded room immediately when we told the front desk about white noise from the aircon converter outside the window. We will be back definitely.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at in Taiwan. The service was wonderful – we even received small gifts at check-in, which was such a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything, from planning our trip to giving us great recommendations for places to visit. In the lobby there is a snack and drinks station, everything fresh and inviting. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety and great attention to detail. Highly recommended!
