Customer Service was the best, nothing was a problem with complimentary snacks in the morning & afternoon & evening in the lobby!! Rooms were ultra modern & spacious! Featuring a rooftop swimming pool and a fitness centre, H2O HOTEL also has 3 on-site restaurants and a bar. I stayed here with my husband for 2 nights in November. This hotel was actually recommended by my sister who stayed here a couple months prior and she loved it so much she insisted I stay here as well. I'm so glad I did. H20 exceeded my expectations. Extremely friendly and professional staff. They also helped shuttle us to the high speed rail station. The shuttle is a private van where we were the only passengers. There's also shuttle service for them to pick up H20 customers from the HSR station as well. Even better this service is free to H20 customers! Our room was spacious and very clean. We booked the package that included a free breakfast. The food was delicious. Included both Western and Asian cuisines. You had the option to grab food from the buffet bar or you can request chefs to make specific dishes that the staff will bring directly to your table (including dishes like french toast, abalone congee, steak, etc). It was truly a memorable and outstanding experience, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future when I'm in Kaohsiung.
