We feel overall the service and conditions are better than the 5-star hotel we stayed in Taipei. The service of staff is very professional and also hearty. The high floor facing the harbour was a big plus. The room is very spacious with a wide sofa under a big window. The neighborhood is cleaner because the location is not at very downtown. Another bonus is the observation deck of the cruise terminal crossing the street. Enjoying the sunset over there was part of our favorite time in Keelung.

The rooms were also very clean and spacious, with no foul smell. Soundproofing was also great. We could not hear our neighbours talk. Only when they slam the door back.

In a little dish on one of the bedside tables there's a complimentary 3 pack of condoms, in case there are urgent matters to attend to and you forgot to bring your own. The room is very large, and so is it bed. The decor is posh. If you come in a car, there's a private parking bay with a roll down door to store it, with a private staircase for each parking bay. It's obviously to allow incognito ingress and egress. Breakfast was included, and it was an excellent Chinese version of it.
