It looks very new and the location is great, facing the lake! Though they do not have staff on site, they respond quickly via the booking.com message! The huge bathtub was a great surprise coz they provided some onsen powder and we enjoyed the bath soak! Skin felt smooth after the bath soak! New towels and water, drinks, snacks were provided and topped up the next day outside our door!

It was like staying in harry potter castle. Photos looked gorgeous. Complementary afternoon high tea and mini bar and breakfast were great too. We had the tree house and it was really big, and the bathtub was amazing. All was great except for the slide and bugs.

I will definitely be staying there on my next visit to Sun Moon lake. The hosts were so friendly and loving. They even gave us a small welcome gift. There is pickup and drop off and free breakfast.
