It was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The shower was very hot and powerful so perfect after a day hiking. Breakfast was cooked fresh each morning by the owners, and included delicious homemade dough sticks. The children loved being able to play in the garden and seeing the chickens, rabbits and turtles. The location was in a quiet area on the edge of town but still in walking distance of a 7-11 and restaurants.

Though they do not have staff on site, they respond quickly via the booking.com message! The huge bathtub was a great surprise coz they provided some onsen powder and we enjoyed the bath soak! Skin felt smooth after the bath soak! New towels and water, drinks, snacks were provided and topped up the next day outside our door!

Situé à Puli et offrant une vue sur la ville, l’établissement 江山樂活-包棟民宿x背包客棧 comprend un jardin, un salon commun et une terrasse. I spent three nights here and I wish I could have stayed longer - I absolutely loved it! It’s in the middle of nature which was so relaxing! The host is fantastic - hospitable, kind, responsive and speaks perfect english. He gave us recommendations on what to see and where to go. He also told us lots of things about Taiwanese culture which was so interesting!! The room was great - clean, spacious and the bed was super comfy. The house is huge and has a massage chair, terrace with a view, a big yard and so many other amenities guests are allowed to use. The host has three beautiful dogs. Definitely recommend staying here!

Complementary afternoon high tea and mini bar and breakfast were great too. We had the tree house and it was really big, and the bathtub was amazing. All was great except for the slide and bugs.

I was particularly pleased with the service. The staff were exceptional. It was like a small getaway with Nature and although the rooms were small they were well set up the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. I will definitely be staying there on my next visit to Sun Moon lake. The hosts were so friendly and loving. They even gave us a small welcome gift. There is pickup and drop off and free breakfast.
