Lots of options and delicious food. The staff are very attentive and kind. We loved the shuttle transfer from Taichung to the hotel as it was super convenient. We also loved our room! The beds were great sizes, especially for us since we are on the taller side. The star of the show was the hot spring bath tubs. It was a perfect and relaxing end to our days of hiking and exploring sun and moon lake.

It was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The shower was very hot and powerful so perfect after a day hiking. Breakfast was cooked fresh each morning by the owners, and included delicious homemade dough sticks. The children loved being able to play in the garden and seeing the chickens, rabbits and turtles. The location was in a quiet area on the edge of town but still in walking distance of a 7-11 and restaurants.

The homeowner is lovely and provides you with everything you need, even a great kitchen that you can cook in. You have to have a car to get there, and the place isn't close to the town, so you will have to drive to get food or buy groceries and cook by yourself, which for us was a great experience.

Photos looked gorgeous. Complementary afternoon high tea and mini bar and breakfast were great too. We had the tree house and it was really big, and the bathtub was amazing. All was great except for the slide and bugs.

I was particularly pleased with the service. The staff were exceptional. It was like a small getaway with Nature and although the rooms were small they were well set up the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. I will definitely be staying there on my next visit to Sun Moon lake. The hosts were so friendly and loving. They even gave us a small welcome gift. There is pickup and drop off and free breakfast.
