The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Free water and earplugs are provided. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Communication was via Line and worked flawlessly. We would stay here again.

Luxurious 5-star accommodation in Taichung City can be found at Windsor Hotel Taichung, with its indoor pools, private gardens and pampering spa treatments. Everyone who worked there was amazing. Very nice and helpful. I booked a tour through them after I failed to do so online and it was so easy. The pool is fabulous . The room is huge and the bed is comfortable. The pillows are perfect. I did not eat ruler but the buffett looked really impressive .There are great restaurants nearby and a family mart or 711 is really close , I can't remember which one. There is a bank in the lobby and that's amazing for money exchange.

The room i stayed in was so huge and all the facilities were of very good quality. We also got the self service laundry facility there, which was very cheap too. So many shops were close by. Breakfast buffet was really good, so many options to choose from.
