Despite the ongoing conflict, the hotel continues to provide quality customer service to all of its guests and runs with most, if not all of its amenities in place. I particularly liked that my room was clean, that the property provided a shelter for its guests, and that a delicious breakfast was available in the morning. Also, rooms in the higher floors of the hotel, such as the room I stayed in, are able to enjoy beautiful views of the city.
