Sondra the host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, she is a terrific host and chef to boot, the Carrs shop was 5 minutes walk away (Sondra told us how to get there), the host Sondra had every amenity under the sun complimentary to our needs, water bottles, savoury and sweet snacks, she said use all the hand wash, hand lotion, bandaids, earplugs, mouthwash, ear buds, bandaids you name it, we could use it. Breakfast was outstanding as she was a chef in her previous employment before being a bed and breakfast host. Also has all brochures and tight security measures.

All the little touches that made the suite homey, comfortable and welcoming- embroidered towels, fresh flowers, etc! Everything in the suite was beautiful!

The staff were very courteous and we had an easy check in and check out. We got the room earlier than check in time. The kitchen staff too were very polite and courteous. The location was excellent as it was very close to board the cruise ships. The hotel was very clean and the room too.
