This hotel is perfectly located for anyone with plans in the DTLA area. The Metric's breakfast spread, especially their coffee and pastries, absolutely hit the spot for me. The room's cleanliness and decor were top-notch, but what really stood out for me was the seamless check-in and check-out process. The staff's responsiveness was impressive; I arrived past 10 pm when the lobby was closed and they made it incredibly easy for me to access the hotel. The added perk of on-site parking was a huge plus, considering the scarcity of street parking. Without a doubt, I'll be returning here on future visits.

The floor in the bathroom was not cold at all and kinda cushy - that was such a surprise perk. Parking close to stairs up to room. Wifi was truly free and didn't have to sign up for anything, just put in the password.
