The staff were very friendly and attentive and our room had stunning views. We loved going out walking during the day and then reading our books in the afternoon while it snowed outside. Loved the hip decor of the interior of the rooms. We were in the JImi so had a sweet poster of Jimi Hendrix looking at us..:) Some other cool surprisess like the Dylan flower and turntable with albums. LOVED the wallpaper too. Nice bathroom and bath products. Best part of the hotel is the sweet lobby. I was greeted by four of the most adorable Icelandic dogs you've ever seen. They greeted be with lovin' immediately. :) And, yes the staff were unbelievably nice and accomodating. Brandon made me feel instantly comfortable. I will definitely be going back to the Dylan again in the very near future.
