The staff was incredible as well, would like to especially point out Mario (the manager), Dan (the bartender), Aedan (the receptionist), and Alfred (the room service expert).

Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.
