As someone who travels frequently around the world, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We spent 7 days here, and every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel. Whether you're planning a short city break or a longer stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We will absolutely be coming back!

Le San Carlos Hotel New York est situé dans le quartier East Side de New York, à seulement 5 minutes de marche de la cathédrale Saint-Patrick. The location is great for walking everywhere, even with small children. The staff went above and betoond to make our stay comfortable, they prepared a stroller for us, they helped us with clean sheets when my toddler was sick in the middle of the night, and were available for question 24/7 . The room has a small fridge and small microwave and bottled water ( replaced every day) . The bath tub and fridge makes the room kid friendly. My kids loved it and ask to go back .

Featuring modern art reproductions throughout the property, Broadway Plaza Hotel is located in the NoMad neighbourhood in New York, 400 metres from the Flatiron Building. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the room was extremely comfortable after long days in the city. The amenities were excellent and the service truly stood out. A special mention goes to Anthony, who was incredibly helpful with our bags and made arranging transportation easy and stress free. The location is perfect, right in midtown Manhattan, in a safe area and very well connected to everything we wanted to see. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

It is a fully furnished basement apartment, with everything one could need for a short stay. The owners are really welcoming and helpful, and they provide pick up service at a very reasonable price.

The owner was very kind, helpful, and warm-hearted. She was always willing to help and answered all my questions. The place was very clean and comfortable, and I felt very safe traveling solo.

It was peaceful yet close to New York City. When we arrived, the apartment was clean and tidy. The washing machine was as vast and fast as the dryer. We were in higher comfort than we would be in a five-star hotel. When we go to New York next time, we choose Harmony Apartments again, because we enjoyed staying there.
