Be it Patrick, Colleen, Katlyn and all others at the reception, housekeeping staff, the engineers, doorman etc. I have rarely experienced such a high level of hospitality and warmth in a hotel in the US. Kudos! Our university suite was superb! Such a fabulously equipped kitchenette too! Very large and spacious and so aesthetically done. Highly, highly recommended.

The rooms were so spacious. We had complimentary water on check in. 24hr coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Laundry was clean and machines looked new. The breakfast had a lot of variety. It was mostly pre packaged but was very generous. Free parking in large car park. Next door to Outlets and lots of good choices. Foyer has fire place and decorated so nicely with Christmas decorations.
