The staff was always attentive and caring. Sora was an excellent host and communicated fluently in English. She replies quickly to any request by WhatsApp or phone. She also gives very good recommendations about where to go. The breakfast options include a variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes. Despite me being a pescatarian, I was able to enjoy many different breakfast options that were both delicious and nutritious. They have bycicles and motorbikes for rent. Cleanliness was above the average in this area. There are many places to eat lunch and dinner less than 5 minutes away walking from the homestay.

The place perfectly combines a modern design with a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The room was spotless, and the bed was top-tier comfortable — easily one of the best I’ve experienced at this price point. The air conditioning was strong and refreshing, a great relief from the heat, and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. I appreciated that the staff allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, and the daily fresh towels, linens, and complimentary water and coffee refills were a nice touch. The reception and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even recommending great local spots to eat. The hostel also offers affordable bike rentals, making it easy to explore both Chau Doc and nearby provinces. The host clearly takes pride in the place, paying attention to every little detail to make guests feel comfortable. The owner is caring, proactive and super helpful, the communication is easy. They helped me the logistics of getting in and then leaving for the boat to Cambodia next morning. They also even prepared a breakfast for me very early in the morning, even as I did not expect it. The room is big and clean, AC works very well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED OVERALL!

It is very close to the Tra Su forest and there are a few restaurants and cafes available within walking distance. The host is a lovely lady and speaks English. She booked a cab for us to go to Chau Doc city, Cham villages and Nui Sam. There is plenty of space in the homestay to relax, with hammocks and wooden chair. The room and bathroom were very clean and there was Ac and hot water available.

The view is fantastic from the top of the mountain, especially at sunrise and sunset. Each room is like a little bungalow with your own patio to sit out on. The staff was very accommodating and super helpful in locating me a motorbike driver to take me to the nearby temples as soon as I got there as well as a taxi to take me to the Cham village early the next morning. Chau Doc was the highlight of my entire trip to Vietnam, in part because staying Victoria was so nice, and I wish I spent more time there. Definitely visit the Hang Pagoda! Dinner was also tasty with big portions.

The villa is actually brand new, well organise and tastefully decorated, we even enjoy the in-house provided Karaoke. Top place to stay.
