I really loved the atmosphere in the guesthouse. The couple were very friendly. It felt like we were in jungle, we had a bamboo bungalow with a private bathroom. Area around the guesthouse is amazing ( it's a huge garden). It is located near the gardens so you need to take a taxi from town. I recommend the guesthouse for everyone who likes this kind of adventure. They have their own fishing lake so everyone can fish..

It was clean, spacious and practical, and had both a fan and aircon. It was a table, chairs, fridge and a kettle in the room...and YES, the fridge did not come off when you left the room, so I could return to cold ones on the balcony in the evenings. The balcony was tiny and unfurnished though, but you might figure out how to get a chair out there. It was just the kind of room I needed in this completely untouristy town. Excellent WiFi. Friendly staff who speak some English. There's a cozy coffee shop 2 doors down the street and a big supermarket nearby.
