The cottage is actually really nice newly constructed. It has anything you can posibble need - well equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, living room and separate bedroom. The owner is also nice and speaks English. The place is close (30-minute drive) to Lake Kari, which is the starting point for climbing the Aragats mountain ⛰️

Wonderful Guesthouse, with a beautiful garden right next to an old church. The churchyard can be entered through the private cosy and nicely decorated garden. The rooms a spacious and appealing! The owner dies a backflip to help abd make your stay a great experience! You can see the tip of Mount Ararat from the porch!

A really amazing option, not far from Yerevan. Perfect for a week-end getaway. Ma byurakan's amazing interior design makes for a very memorable stay.

It was the most wonderful place I have ever visited, not only in Armenia but in the whole world. The cleanliness, comfort, food and view are incomparable. And the words about the service are simply unnecessary. Lovely family owned guest house / cottage, super friendly people, always eager to help with any questions or needs. I felt warmly welcomed and taken care of. Would definitely recommend. No doubt I’m coming back in summer.

The host was very friendly, the position of the guesthouse is convenient for visiting Mount Araragat and exploring its trails with a dirt bike. Would recommend for travelling bikers
