Lovely clean , comfortable and spacious apartment. Nice balcony and great sitting area. Beds comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and good, though is bread based. Hosts are excellent.

We had a nice time in the apartment. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Happy that we could take our dog with us. Very clean with a nice modern bathroom but located on a busy street, the heating system is a bit outdated (could not be regulated as we needed) and the distance to the ski areas was not so small.

The property exceeded our expectations. We had a very comfortable stay with an amazing view outside. We were looking for outdoor activities to do while we were there and the hosts also recommended places to visit. Overall, this was the highlight for us during our holiday and we can recommend staying here.

Our family had an amazing 5-night stay at Hotel Active! Everything was superb—from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the spotless daily cleaning. The kids loved the pool, and the sauna was perfect for relaxation. The hotel provided a great atmosphere for families, making our stay truly enjoyable.

That was a nice hotel with polite staff and cleanliness was enogh good. The view was incredible! Also breakfast was great, big choise of food and drinks, honestly I was full and mountain view from the canteen was perfect.

The stores were very close to the location. We managed to easily reach six ski resorts within about a one-hour drive. There’s a restaurant right across the road, and you can also choose more upscale options (e.g., Aldente) just a 10-minute drive away.

Such an amazing place. Quiet, friendly, very big apartments, very clean and so comfortable. It feels like a luxury stay but on a farm. You can order fresh bread / pastries that will be delivered to your door. Moreover, you can buy fresh produce from the farm, which was all amazing. Me and my dog had a great time and we will definitely come back. Thank you so much Manuela!

Everything was great. Although the reception was open only during the morning, check-in was super easy with the deposited key. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very thoughtful, they arranged a anti-fall protector next to my toddler's bed, much appreciated!

Perfectly furnished, the kitchen has everything and more, all the finer items are catered for such as dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods. The place is extremely clean with spare towels and bedding supplied. It even has a washing machine. 30 mins away from central innsbruck, 20 minutes from Mittenwald, and in a perfect little village. The host was fantastic couldn't have asked for more.

The accommodation is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped and fully met our needs.
