I've been to Hotels all around the world, maybe Arthotel is not the fanciest, yet it reflects the old real German QUALITY heritage. It's a very practical Hotel city in the middle of the city at walking distance Main Railway statio. Will definitely come again. Keep up the Great work.

Big and comfy room, great location (near U-bahn). Kind and friendly staff. Breakfast with a lot possibilities to choose from.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Laura gave us all transportation details we needed and also gave us a great tip regarding our commute to Memmingen airport. The room was clean, warm, we had all necessities.

Location is perfect. All interaction with the staff prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent, they consistently and efficiently managed everything. The room was lovely and I asked for a soft topper on the bed and feather pillows (I like a soft bed) and this was done without question. I changed rooms during the booking and this was also managed so well, no waiting and the staff made sure the rooms were next to each other to make it easier for me. It was an outstanding stay!

Location was great, near Marianplatz. The hotel was clean and modern.

It was very hot, no problem with cold weather. It was clean..check in was very easy and fast. Parking is excellent, near to flat. Its quite, lidl is close to flat. Also alianz arena is 15 minutes far... my recommendation.

Great location with easy access to the city and public transport. The price was also very good compared to other options in Munich. Clean room, smooth check-in, and overall a very good stay for a weekend trip.

Room is as described, in a great locality with quiet surroundings.. 15 mins walk from nearest station. They were helpful in giving directions, giving us anything else that we needed . There is a bakery and super market next door, both good for anything you need.

A very nice hotel with a clean, warm room. It is very easily reached from the main train station by taking the # 18 or #19 streetcar to Trappentreustrasse and a short walk to the hotel. At the Trappentreustrasse tram stop you will find an Edeka supermarket where you can pick up some food or drink. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and friendly. They also allowed me to leave a heavy suitcase in their storage room for two weeks while I traveled to northern Germany. Very helpful people.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable. Also, we had good WIFI connection and the neighborhood is safe. The metro and local bus line is really close.

The room was extremely comfortable and large, even had a small balcony. The staff was very friendly too! They even brought a wine opener and cutlery to my room when I was in need :) Also, close to both the tram, train, and bus to get anywhere in town.
