didn’t like anything about this hotel. The room we originally booked had no running water. The owner moved us to another room and charged us extra, but the new room was extremely dirty. We stayed for 7 nights, and not once did anyone come to clean the room. It was full of dust, and we had to breathe in dust every night while sleeping. There was never any staff available in the office. Whenever we needed help, no one came out to assist us. My sister stayed in the room upstairs, and her door could only be unlocked from the outside, so someone had to go upstairs and open the door for her every single day. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There is no elevator, and from 6 a.m. every morning until late at night, we could hear guests dragging their suitcases up and down the stairs. The noise was constant and very disturbing. What should have been a relaxing holiday turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. The money we paid was absolutely not worth it. I travel almost every month and have always trusted Booking.com, but nothing about this hotel matched its description or rating. I believe Booking.com should remove this property from its website or at least review its rating. Other travelers should not have to experience the same disappointment that we did. This hotel should be listed as a low-star property, not a 4- or 5-star accommodation.
