I stayed in one of the tiny houses for a few days with my dog Betty, and it was just really nice and relaxing. As soon as we got there, everything felt quiet and peaceful. You could hear birds and the wind in the trees, and it just felt calm straight away. The tiny houses are actually set within the grounds of an old farm. The owners don’t live there anymore, but they still maintain the property. They keep some animals like sheep, geese, and chickens, and they also do a bit of plant agriculture, mainly to preserve the land and the buildings. I even met the owner while he was working in the field, and he was very friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer a couple of questions I had and explain a bit about what they’re doing there. The house itself is simple but has everything you need. It’s all set up really well and feels clean and looked after. The kitchen was actually super equipped. Everything worked properly and felt quite new, What I liked most was being outside. We spent most of the time on the porch, listening to Taylor Swift and playing with Betty or just sitting there doing nothing (plus a siesta every day ) My dog absolutely loved it. She was in the grass all the time, lying in the sun, watching birds, and just enjoying herself. (NOTE: There is no wifi) It’s the kind of place where you just stop checking your phone all the time without even thinking about it. If I had to sum it up, it’s not a place you go to do loads of activities. It’s more like somewhere you go to relax, switch off, and just take it easy. We’ll definitely come back.

It is the perfect home with every amenity. So gorgeous, close to nature and well located for day trips to Bruges, Gent, Knokke, everywhere. Stunning. Laura is incredibly responsive and the house reflects the wonderful hospitality received.

We had a wonderful stay and were very pleased with our experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for excellent service and great value. We would certainly choose to stay here again.

The house is lovely inside and out. Decoration is rustic, and very well done. Detailed instructions regarding our stay were given in good time and clear. Pieter was very quick to respond to our messages. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and everywhere was clean. We have fussy eaters in our family so ended up going for pizza in wingere which was lovely and less than 10 minutes drive away. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Absolutely unique and incredibly beautiful place. During our stay we felt like at home. The personnel was so atentive. Such a rare experience to spend time in a location like this!

Great location — only about 20 minutes by bus from Bruges Station. The free breakfast had plenty of options, and the view was absolutely beautiful!
