Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Halen

Amazing location for entering nature, very nice and accommodating staff and very clean bathroom

Big enough house to stay with a group and it was clean.

Great location to stay while attending a family wedding celebration at a venue very nearby

The best place to stay in Diest and a fantastic place to stay in Flemish Brabant in general. High standards, from the room to breakfast, and great hospitality by the hosts that make you feel right at home. Rooms: spacious room, very tastefully done with a large, confy bed and confy bedding, very high standard bathroom with a mirror all the way up to the ceiling, air-con, blinds on all windows including the skylight, built-in wardrobe with enough hangers and a (very stylish) separate bathroom. The TV can be moved around in the room freely. Hotel facilities: both rooms are adjacent to a veranda and the garden, both very cozy and inviting. Ideal to work there (solid WiFi and plugs nearby), also due to the adjacent kitchen with free coffee and tea. Every room also comes with a fridge in the kitchen where you can buy drinks for cheap (minibar equivalent). Location: very central in Diest, everything nearby from shopping, supermarket to various parks. Swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts also nearby. Everything is walkable. Multiple good restaurants are also within walking distance. Parking is also not a problem. Breakfast: a very special breakfast made with great attention to detail and served at the table every day. Nothing to be desired, from fresh smoothies and orange juice to good coffee, artisan cheeses, fresh fruits, changing joghurts, a large variety of breads and baked goods. They also served fresh egg dishes/breakfast eggs according to your preference (every day). It doesn't get better than that! The best part: the increadibly hospitable hosts, Annick and Jeroen! Thanks for having us.

The rooms are of a good size and are very clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The location is fabulous, just off the main square with restaurants and bars. Diest is a wonderful place. The breakfast was very, very good.

Very spaciuos , good prices but most of all a very unique host . Its a place i Will return to . Very nice host

I spent six nights here and had a wonderful experience. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the start. The hostess was particularly helpful, giving me some excellent advice on the best places to visit in Diest and the surrounding area, which really helped me make the most of my trip. My room was great, very modern interior and an exceptionally comfortable bed. I really appreciated the huge variety of tea and coffee provided in the room, and getting to try the local beer from Diest was a lovely touch! One highlight has to be the breakfast; it was phenomenal. Each morning brought a different surprise, with everything from pancakes and bacon to a great selection of cheeses. Also, meeting their three dogs and two cats was wonderful. They were so friendly and incredibly quiet. It was the perfect, relaxing base for my week.

It’s spacious and cozy, full range of kitchen appliances, nice bath tubs, the owner is very friendly and kind.

The house is very carefully designed and laid out with great care taken for comfort, cosiness, ecological concerns and with design flair in materials, practical living solutions and playful elements. The host is a lovely guy with all the care and help you might need and he has given great thought to a new style of living which connects the indoors with nature. The home felt like a real home and that is a very hard thing to create well in a holiday home market catering for all. We kicked off our shoes, cooked in the beautiful open plan dining area/ spotlessly perfect kitchen and lounged later on the lovely terrace after a hot tub soak. The tub was difficult to get the temperature right and took ages to fill as explained clearly beforehand to us so it was very big fun to learn how to use this real wood burner stoked hot tub from our enthusiastic host and devine under the stars when ready!. Further, it was the perfect setting for us to visit nearby gardens. Enjoyed swinging on the big garden swing looking over the fields also. A very pleasant and memorable stay, thank you!

Great space, very tranquil and welcoming. Very friendly hosts, and clean and comfortable accomodation. Loved the energy, I will be definitely coming back.

Calm location, clean property, very helpful staff and comfortable room with all necessary items

Beautiful grounds. The buildings have been lovingly restored. The bed was very comfortable. The owners and staff were super friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

Leuk idee ! Dankjewel Inge voor de goede zorgen. Nog veel succes met je mooi project. Aanbevelenswaardig !
