Very kind person for check-in trying to help out with any enquiry. The room is simple but really comfortable with all modern convenience. The restaurant also prepared something despite being too late. This place derserves well better rating on booking !

The attic apartment was spacious and well equipped, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and right across from a supermarket. There’s also a restaurant on the ground floor, which was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay

The reception was on time and welcoming, even offered us cake. The apartment was clean and parking was available.

Nothing, the number is 270 opposite 269, however in their correspondence to check they refer to 27 which is on the other end of the road a few km away...

Excellent welcome from the host, helpful and attentive. I came for 3 nights, the room was spacious and comfortable enough. Everything was impeccable, correct equipment. The hotel is a few minutes from Chiasso train station, there are restaurants and food stores nearby. Breakfast is served by the host, according to your request, there is also the possibility of making a hot drink or having a cold drink on the ground floor during the night.

Hospitality was wonderful. The owners were warm, friendly, and accommodating. It was clean with a shared bathroom, which wasn't an issue for me. Its location is approx 15mins to the lake by bus, easy to navigate and cheap. If you are just looking for a clean and tidy place for a couple of nights whilst in como away from the tourist bustle, it's great.

We have had an exceptionnal stay in Casa Teresa ! Patrizia has been the most pleasant host, always ready to help and share some tips. The unit is brand new, renovated with quality materials. The outside terrace and small garden are a very nice plus, and the big, secured parking spot is a life-saver in Como's hills narrow streets. The appartment and Patrizia are vey dog-friendly. We definitely recommend this place and would stay there again if we have the opportunity !

The kindness of the staff, very clean property. We appreciate very much the owner that she gave us a warmer room (more expensive that the room we booked) at the same price.
