Very kind person for check-in trying to help out with any enquiry. The room is simple but really comfortable with all modern convenience. The restaurant also prepared something despite being too late. This place derserves well better rating on booking !

The attic apartment was spacious and well equipped, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and right across from a supermarket. There’s also a restaurant on the ground floor, which was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay

The reception was on time and welcoming, even offered us cake. The apartment was clean and parking was available.

Nothing, the number is 270 opposite 269, however in their correspondence to check they refer to 27 which is on the other end of the road a few km away...

I stopped at this hotel on my way from England to Italy, it was close to the motorway, close to centre of the town and had a garage for my car. Angelica and her partner were really welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. They gave me information about what to see and where I could eat and were just lovely. The room was comfortable, there were areas in the hotel for guests to sit if they wished to. Breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location, it is funny by walk between Switzerland an Italy

The apartment was very modern and comfortable. Very well stocked with coffee, tea, biscuits and you have your own private terrace. Patrizia was a great host, very attentive and accommodating with later check out. We’d definitely recommend and stay again when we are back in the area

All good, nothing to complain about

Stayed for one night only. The apartment is spacious, clean and family friendly. With a modern, well equipped kitchen and 2 comfortable bedrooms. A small shop is just across the street. The apartment had everything we needed. We only stopped while traveling through so we cannot say much about the area but there is plenty to do around Como and Lugano.

The flat is perfect for a stopover while driving through the area. It’s literally just 1 minute from one of the border crossings between Italy and Switzerland, and it took us only 5 minutes to get back onto the highway. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished in calming, warm, and fresh tones. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can relax on the balcony overlooking a small garden, and there’s convenient parking right underneath the building. From here, you can easily explore many nearby destinations on both the Swiss and Italian sides of the border. Cernobbio and Lake Como are just an 8–10 minute drive away.

Laura welcomed us with great hospitality in her spacious, luminous and very comfortable room with a Zen atmosphere. The room was very clean and well appointed, with great attention to details, luscious house plants and even a kitchenette. In the morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast served to the room. Definitely a restful and very relaxing stay. Grazie mille and arrivederci Laura!

A big and comfortable apartment, very clean and situated in the most gorgeous place, not far from Como. The views were unreal. The reception was lovely, and they also sell their own produce (such as Olive Oil). The terrace was huge, and it was nice to have breakfast there in the morning. Our dog loved the neighbourhood, too. We wished we had stayed there for longer, but we were only there for one night on our way to Tuscany. Highly recommended!

Perfect communication with the owner, everything prepared, very well equipped, clean. Good access and perfect parking space for the car. Price-quality ratio unbeatable for this location.
