Aptarnavimas personalo buvo ypatyngai geras, malonus, paslaugus draugiškas. Ypatyngai malonu buvo bendrauti ir jausti įvairiais klausimais paramą, pagalbą pono Bangin Salih. Visa kita iš viešbučio pusės buvo labai gerai. Pusryčiai gausūs, įvairūs, gerai paruošti. Viešbučio vieta labai gera, rami, iki centro 10 min pėsti.
