What an amazing experience! The room was large, comfortable and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, they communicated with us so that a shuttle was waiting to pick us up from the station when we arrived. And then there was the view from the room… words cannot describe it. Heavenly. I would love to come back here. It was quite expensive in our standards, but definitely worth every penny.

This hotel is outstanding. My wife and I booked a stay here without knowing that it was their first week reopened after a remodel. Everything in the room and all amenities were brand new and top quality. We were upgraded to a mountain view room, which was exceptional. Wengen is a stunning mountain town, and this hotel is warm, relaxing, and the staff took extra care to be hospitable and accommodating. They offered to drive us anywhere and picked us up from the train station, which was nice not to pull our luggage through the snow. Additionally, my wife has some sensitivity to smells that can trigger her migraines and this hotel was fragrance free which we always appreciate when traveling. We ate at the restaurant, which has an expansive menu to fit many dietary needs and was much better than the other restaurant we went to in town.

My room was lovely — clean, quiet, and with the most beautiful mountain view. Waking up to that scenery every morning was pure joy. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, with little local touches that made them feel homemade. It felt like someone put care into everything, not just service, but the whole experience. The area around the hotel is magical — peaceful walks, charming villages, and nature all around. I left feeling rested, inspired, and grateful. I’ll definitely be back one day.
