I was arriving late and uncertain about time of arrival. The email keys to everything worked fine and the backup checkin and out support by the humans was great too. I didn't even see a staff member for the whole time I was there but always felt like help was around if I needed it. Also free parking was a treat after Copenhagen extortion. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed.
