Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Güster

My family and I loved the place; it's very peaceful, surrounded by nature, and very beautiful. However, we experienced some very unpleasant situations! The lady at the entrance was very arrogant every time we needed to speak with her. She didn't speak any English, which made communication very difficult; everything had to be translated online. When I translated something for her, she would simply take a deep breath and even roll her eyes at the thought of having to get her phone and do the same for me. This happened every time I needed to speak with her. Sometimes, even when we had a question or something we needed to resolve at the entrance, we preferred not to resolve it rather than talk to her. I believe that the minimum for someone working with the public in a tourist area is to speak English, or at least be friendly. Basic English would have been enough! We experienced her prejudice against us as tourists firsthand! We stayed for 10 days and didn't have internet. On the same day we arrived, we reported this, and she said she would talk to the people in charge, but she never contacted us again! We spent the entire 10 days without internet, and they didn't give us any explanation! I have nothing to complain about the house; it was very clean and smelled nice, the bed linens were clean and well-washed, the kitchen was well-equipped, the cleaning staff were super friendly and attentive, and they even tried to solve the internet problem for us. Not to mention that everyone spoke English! As I said, we loved the place, but we wouldn't go back!

Fully equipped kitchen, quiet neighbourhood , nice location

Everything. View on a beautiful lake, very large rooms, very nice, comfortable and decorated. Nice breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast was good Location was good

Lovely place, beautiful views, very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The view of the lake from the balcony in our room to. The view of the lake from the lovely dining room The breakfast was great

Very comfortable and nice hotel -- lovely to be back.

The stay we booked turned out to be a huge 2BHK apartment with a huge bathroom. The surroundings were amazing. Perfect spot to take great photos. I really think the pictures didn't do justice. They must take better pictures to show the whole area and amenities. The breakfast and the seating area was cool.
