The rooms are clean! All equipment is new! Especially beds - super comfortable! Also, nice parking!

We stayed at Rate Hayat Hotels & Apartments during our visit to Europa Park, traveling by car with our dogs. Overall, the hotel is very pet-friendly, which we really appreciated. Having parking available made the trip much easier, and the rooftop restaurant was excellent — definitely a highlight of our stay.

Good choice for staying near Europa Park. Rooms are very nice, and the terrace is welcomed. Has own parking.

Great hotel, a lot of parking, great breakfast, big room for a family with 2 children. 2 bunk beds and one double bed. Also a sofa and a table and 4 chairs. All we needed!!! Close to supermarket and to europa park.

We got it in the evening for a good deal. Every issue we had we got fixed! Very nice

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location is great. It is a 15 minute walk away from the Europa Park and also close to grocery stores and restaurants. The couple that rents out the apartment was incredibly welcoming and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Fantastic host with great communication and clear check in/key collection instructions provided. Location of apartment was excellent, 15 minutes walk to Europa Park/Rulantica, close to Lidl, other cafes, restaurants and hotels nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable with all of the facilities needed for our family of 4, including kettle, coffee machine, fridge, ironing board, hairdryer. Beds were comfortable and apartment was warm and cosy, small but perfect for what we needed. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again

The apartment is ideal for families planning to visit the park, which is located just a 10-minute walk away. It is quiet and clean, and within a short distance you can find two bakeries and several restaurants.

It was located in a perfect place for Europa Park. It was a lovely and cool when we returned from the park even though the temperature outside was 30c and higher. The beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful and easy access to rulantica

Great position, good parking possibilities. The toilet is comfy, almost immediate hot water is a good plus.

It's exceeded our expectations, for the price, in almost every way, especially when we realized how close it was to Europapark, to the point we thought we might have taken a wrong turn. At the price we also didn't expect it to be so spacious, with an excellent kitchen and bathroom, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. We were do pleasantly surprised we actually considered prolonging our stay and have made plans to visit again in the future. Get this one of you can <3
