This place was absolutely divine! The appartment was clean and just like the photos. What we loved most was the location, it was absolutely perfect! The bed was very comfortable, and it had most necessities. The appartment felt safe and secure. Thats where the great stuff ended.

The location of the apartment was amazing, so close to everything and was very convenient. The Apartment itself is huge, a good space for 2 people over our 4 night stay. The ceilings are high and there was a lot of natural light, which made the place feel very light and breezy. Having a balcony was great too! The apartment was also very well maintained and very clean. We definitely recommend staying here if you’re going to Nice. Alexandre was also very responsive and attentive to any questions we had

Very nice and cosy place! Right next to Massena square and Old Town. We really enjoyed the fact that the location was very close to many points of interest. Very clean and well equipped. Public parking is very close. Would go there again!

Excellent hosts. Any enquiries were quickly answered in a friendly and helpful manner and we felt that if we had needed any help during our stay they would have provided it. The apartment is in the centre of Nice, within an old but very secure building. It offers easy access to both old and new towns, the markets and the beach so you can’t ask for a better location. It’s equipped with everything you need as the hosts make sure you are given a good welcome. There were even extra toilet rolls. That’s not something I have ever seen before. It was clean and comfortable and we felt secure there. There are a few supermarkets near by so very handy when you need supplies. The area can get a bit noisy but unless the windows were open we didn’t really notice. It certainly never disturbed us. There was plenty of hot water and the air con and wifi connectivity were excellent. If I go back to Nice I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Room with sea view, perhaps the best views in Nice. Tadaj Pogacar had lunch on the terrace with Matt Stevens here. Classic French hotel. Good breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Free parking a bonus.

We had a great reception with an aperitif and snacks. Apartment was very spacious and located near Nice centre but quiet enough.

Cosy renovated apartment. Convenient location: ~15 min walk from the train station, great restaurants in the area, nice walk to the city beach. The host is very welcoming and friendly, she stayed in touch and made sure we have everything we need.
