I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Blackpool. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and cosy. The lift was working perfectly, which made it very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of food, and I especially loved that the breakfast room overlooks the sea. It was such a beautiful view to enjoy every morning. The location is excellent, close to everything you need and right by the seafront. Most importantly, all of the staff were incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming. I would also like to say a special thank you to the staff for going above and beyond. My children got soaked while playing in the fountains, so we came back to the hotel with wet clothes and shoes. The staff kindly offered to dry everything for us. I handed over a bag with everything thrown in rather messily, but when I got it back, everything was completely dry and neatly folded. That small act of kindness meant so much to us and really showed how much the staff care about their guests. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly appreciated your kindness and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and will happily recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
