Its only couple of minutes walk from the train station and there’s a lot of food options and grocery stores within walking distance. The amenities are excellent, the design of the apartment was modern and sleek, definitely has a cozy vibe. The owner was very helpful answering our queries and even recommended food places for us. Highly recommend this for families and travelers in a group.

John, the owner, was very kind and available when we needed him. The house is really big and it has everything you may possibly need for your stay. The place was also clean and close to many shops, restaurants, and other fabulous villages! We are a couple with four small children and we definitely felt at home!

We catered to our own breakfast. We took a taxi from Penrith to the property. Easy for the taxi person to find the property. Like the place, took us just 6-8 minutes to walk to the Windermere Train station and Tourist Information place.

Location was fab - close enough to walk into town for all meals, without being right in the centre. Decor and design was really well done and of a high standard... really nice touches. Dog friendly room was well set out, so we all felt like we had our own space. Loved the keyless code entry etc. Team were brilliant with queries and requests before and during stay.

Great location, comfy beds and really peaceful at night, no noise at all! It is so close to the town centre and everything you need is on your doorstep. We didn't use the car at all, we could walk everywhere. It's so good that it's dog friendly too because it's such a popular place for dog owners. Andrew was right on hand for any questions we had too and answered straight away! Thank you for a lovely weekend.

Great Hotel ,stayed two nights B&B, and ate in the dog friendly dining room. Food, location, room, staff all very good. We took our well-behaved little dog with us. There where feeding and water bowls with doggy treats in the room when we arrived. Would we stay there again? DEFINITELY YES.
