Kostas is a very good host. When we arrived he gave us a map of Lefkada with recommended places to go. We really liked that. Also he is always available for anything that you need. Kostas is working really hard to keep the Villa in a perfect shape, as well as hosting the guests. About the property, it is located very close to Agios Nikitas, 5 minutes by car and easy access to the other famous beaches. We liked that it was very peaceful especially during the nights, staying next to the pool and enjoying the summer nights. Also the sunsets were amazing with the perfect view from the pool. The apartment had everything we need, and the most important it was very clean.

Located in a small olive grove off the main road, we thought anthia was just so beautiful . The outside space and privacy is perfect. Touches such as hanging chairs , a bbq space, grape vines , sun beds , washing lines, outdoor tables and chairs mean that it has everything you could want . The home itself is full equipped and has traditional charm , the bathroom is a good size as is the kitchen and living areas . We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay here.

The view is breathtaking, the breakfast is beyond all expectations, the groceries and necessities are replenished daily (coffee, tea, shampoos... are of the highest quality), and unexpected gifts such as a late welcome dinner, cakes in the middle of the week, a bottle of wine, even a scented candles as souvenirs were carefully chosen and prepared. The house is beautiful, clean, modern, and spacious. Stella and the team around her do a wonderful job, this is a true textbook example of what service should look like. 10 points from Croatia! The apartment is super spacious, very well equipped and maintained. There is a huge yard and balconies with a wonderful view over Lefkada. There is parking spot right next to every apartment. Everything is clean. We had everything we needed and Panos is there for you for any questions or requests. We were travelling with our 2 small dogs who were very welcomed here.
