The property is at the top of a steep hill with magnificent views to the beautiful Ionian Sea. There is direct access to Agios Nikitas Beach. Our villa was very comfortable with a decent sized private pool. There is a cocktail bar and restaurant on the adjacent property. Our hosts communicated well from the outset and were very helpful and supportive during our stay. We enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal in our villa purchased from our hosts

A hidden gem! The cozy house is located in an old olive grove with a wonderful and well-kept garden. Everything is arranged and cared for thoughtfully and with love. There are many different seating possibilities outside, even relaxation chairs and sun beds. The new boxspring bed is wonderful to sleep on. The lights at night make the place feel almost enchanted. We really really enjoyed our stay and were so sorry when we had to leave... Chris is a charming and wonderful host! Thank you so much again for everthing!!

We stayed at Epiphany villas in Lefkada recently and can honestly say it’s one of the best villas we have ever stayed in! Stella and her team (including Valentina) were absolutely incredible hosts and couldn’t do enough to help us with anything. Whether it be restaurant recommendations, places to go and things to do on the island of Lefkada. When we asked Stella where the best place to hire some scooters from she went over and above and sorted the whole thing out for us and even had the scooters delivered to the villa so we didn’t have to lift a finger! Stella also regularly popped round to bring us homemade cakes and treats that she had been cooking up in the kitchen, which always served us well as a mid afternoon snack! On top of all this Stella also makes all the breakfasts fresh each morning and has a very convenient ordering service on her own app, and the choice is extensive, with cold or cooked local cuisine breakfasts. There are also two special breakfasts on offer each day and Stella is a brilliant cook so you will definitely enjoy! Breakfasts are brought to your villa by Valentina to enable you to enjoy around your table. She then also comes to collect all the plates etc so there’s no washing up! Valentina is also great. She cleaned our villa everyday at a time that suited us (usually when we were out exploring the island), inside and outside around the pool. She also brought fresh towels everyday which was a very nice touch as usually when we rent villas we have the same towels all week and we don’t see the cleaners until the final day when we check out. The place itself was like brand new and even down to the finest details such as door handles (which were quite trick!) and other appliances everything was immaculately finished. It was clear that Stella took great pride in what she had achieved creating these villas and this whole complex and she had every right to because they are fabulous.

Rating: 100 out of 10 🌟 Our stay with Kostas and his wonderful family was one of the warmest and most heartfelt experiences we’ve ever had while traveling! From the very first moments, we felt their genuine hospitality, care, and kindness. The atmosphere in the apartment was incredibly cozy - everything was thoughtfully arranged with love and attention to detail. Each morning started with delicious breakfasts ! And the evenings, sipping wine on the terrace while watching the magical sunsets, were pure bliss and relaxation. Kostas and his family are incredibly kind, welcoming, and generous people. Thanks to them, we felt not like guests in a hotel, but truly at home. We’ll gladly recommend this place to all our friends and we’re already dreaming of coming back.
