Location is good. Food is too tasty. Rooms was little bit costly. But overall staff were helping.

The stay here was really magical. The resorts stunning location at the hill top amidst forest really provided a perfect escape. The staff and their hospitality made us feel right at home. The stay at this resort exceeded our expectations and provided a serene and unforgettable experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hosteller. We booked the private room with the view over the valley, and it was stunning. Big spacious room with all the amenities needed. The location is beautiful, lots of nature, and the staff is amazing - very helpful and always around!

It is very near to Munnar and Value for Money: Whether the experience matched the cost and if the price was reasonable for the services provided.Location: Commenting on the surroundings, proximity to attractions, views from the hotel, and ease of access. Nothing, they have cancelled my booking and give the room to someoneelse without asking from me and when asked about why did you done such type of things they said that you are late by 2 hour from the scheduled check in time that was around 1P.M told by me over call to make the room ready by 1 PM, but inspite of making it ready they have booked it to someone else without asking from me either through phone and call.

The host Subin was excellent. It was like homestay hospitality with Taj group expertise - a stay experience which we all wish for. Large bungalow, spacious gardens, tea estates, excellent staff, great weather..its all there

The Thoppil family are all kind, welcoming, and accommodating. During our 4-night stay, we especially enjoyed taking long walks in the lush nature surrounding the property, playing with one of the family's cats (Simba), and watching the sunset from the balcony attached to our room. We also were happy to explore Anaviratty and nearby Munnar thanks to our taxi driver, but staying with the Thoppils already felt like being at an oasis where we didn't feel the need or desire to leave. Salomé and Nisha (sorry for the spelling mistakes!) prepared delicious meals for us at breakfast and at dinner, and we always ate more than we planned on because of how exquisite the food tasted! Manoj tirelessly maintains a beautiful garden, and we often spent our time admiring the spice trees and flowers, committing the view to memory. Overall, we were delighted to experience 5-star comfort at an affordable price for the region, with all the charm of the Thoppil family and their lovely home.

Pleasant Hill Resort: A Relaxing and Memorable Stay We recently spent a week at the Pleasant Hill Resort and had a wonderful time. The resort is located in a beautiful setting with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We were particularly impressed with the food. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes, and the service is excellent. We also enjoyed exploring the small farm on the property. The owners raise their own cows and chickens, and there are even some cute bunnies running around in the garden. Overall, we had a very positive experience at the Pleasant Hill Resort. Clean great staff response organic food the scene around it

The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable. The highlight was the lovely terrace surrounded by nature, offering peace and tranquility. The resort organizes different tours to visit Munnar and surroundings. You can also walk around in the village and explore by yourself the scenery. So wonderful.
