SCAM ALERT! They let you book on Booking, then they send you a private message telling you to pay them to their bank instead of directly via booking. After an hour of your payment, they will tell you that they got ‘accidentally’ double booked (God knows how?!) and will try to push you to stay in other villas very far away from this one which all look old and not nicely furnished. Thankfully I got my money back but please stay away!!! Also Booking.com please remove these hosts from your website as they are a scam!

Loved the villa and the pool, also the staff was very courteous and helping. The location is beautiful, calm and peaceful. Great to spend a quality time with your friends or family. It's actually a vacation place, you don't need to go anywhere else, just be there and relax. The architecture and design of the entire space have been carefully crafted! During my stay, I was in the 6-bed dorm, and it was by far the best accommodation experience I’ve had in India. The owners are present on-site every day and go above and beyond to make you feel at ease, while also assisting with any needs you may have. They’ve truly poured their hearts into this project, and you can feel it! The staff is incredibly kind, and the food at the restaurant is fantastic (from breakfast to dinner). The location is perfect, with easy access to all the attractions Goa has to offer. If you’re passing through this part of India, I highly recommend staying at ALTR... you won’t want to leave!
