I booked this apartment because of the great reviews, and I can honestly say everything is true! The host, Mr. Vinayak, is truly amazing; he's always there to help. The breakfast is the best, homemade with love by his friendly staff, and there's more than enough! They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you're looking for a place where you really feel welcome and where you can completely relax, then this is the place! I would go back in a heartbeat!

Mr Sachin is a great host having friendly and helpful nature.. First of all the apartment was clean and Mr Jerry is a very good host he has been coordinating with us even though he was out of town. In a place like goa it's all scam goes on starting from your stay booking renting a bike everything but Mr Jerry has been so helpful for us since our check inn was early n check out was out he has sort out our issues didn't even ask for extra payment. I would really appreciate the team & Mr Jerry also recommending this property to anyone who is looking for budget friendly stay in North goa go for this property. Trust me you will love the place!

Rooms need to be connected to power backup. It is a known fact that Siolim and most other areas in Goa experience power cuts often. Guests had to spend 12+ hours without power in one night. Charge a bit more for the rooms if you like, but at least keep the fans and lights on when the power goes.
