Place very quiet in a wonderful village. Room very clean Friendly staff

Everything! The view from the bedroom was so beautiful and peaceful! The owner is extremely welcoming, helpful and professional.

Large, modern and clean rooms, comfortable beds and great location (were on the top floor and it was very quiet).

Really don’t know why you have a lots of bad reviews. Everything was OK. You have self check in, so you can write number of your reservation and that’s all. The easiest way and the most comfortable thing for us. You can do check-in whenever you want. Rooms are big and it was nice stay for this price. We’d like to come back again. 10/10

Very central, warm, quiet room with ensuite. Very central and nearby Migros supermarket and bus stops. Excellent restaurant downstairs run by Italian chef we had a very succulent, fresh Perch. On the ground floor there’s a welcoming Bar run by Obi who is a bit of a wine connoisseur and up for a chat…in English. Mostly locals.

Very courteous owner and very comfortable place for a night stop over

We loved the location and the spacious and modern rooms. The view was fantastic. We used the funiculaire to easily get into town and used the tourist card.

The breakfast is perfect, The French cuisine is awesome . We love this place !

It was a wonderful stay! Ana was a first person that I met in the hotel. She likes a gentle breeze to set me so comfortable although the room was not ready! With her arrangement that my room was so wonderful! Only problem was I didn’t arrange myself to stay more! Definitely I will return to this hotel! It makes me so fantastic felling and my mind is so soft! Goodbye my nice hotel! Goodbye my nice city! Goodbye Ana! Definitely I will return to stay in my room and see you Ana!

Next to Fanel/Chablais du Cudrefin. Perfect for late/early bird watching.

Traditional Swiss building in old part Quiet

We (my partner and our 4y kid) stayed on their 2 rooms apartment for a 4-night holiday stay during may 2026 and appreciated the separation between the night-area with the beds and the daily room with the fully equipped kitchenette. Being on the top floors we much liked the view over the Bienne lake and the quiet atmosphere of the village without any traffic noise (pedestrian zone around the hotel). Despite the medieval historic feeling of the building, the apartment was fully renovated inside.

Great location. Can take the funicular from main train station down to university and only a minute or two walk away. Clean and spacious room.

Beautiful rooms, they feel very cozy, you have a view on a fountain and the streets in the centre. I enjoyed observing the town life from the window. The café is also very nice, they have very tasty bio syrups and jams, and it seems to be a local hotspot. The location is perfect, very central. The toilet and bathroom are shared with 2 other rooms, but they were always clean. The staff is very friendly and sweet.
