Large clean room, nicely decorated and a comfortable bed. Nice location with a view and quiet for a good nights sleep. We travelled by car and there was ample parking at the hotel.

Really don’t know why you have a lots of bad reviews. Everything was OK. You have self check in, so you can write number of your reservation and that’s all. The easiest way and the most comfortable thing for us. You can do check-in whenever you want. Rooms are big and it was nice stay for this price. We’d like to come back again. 10/10

The room is very lovely. The staffs are very helpful. It’s at the center of the town. So you can walk to any where.

Located over Neuchatel, in a quite forest, with an incredible view on the Neuchatel Lack and the Alps... Confortable room, well equiped, good restaurant, sympathatic crew... all good !

Wonderful host, lovely room, close to the Mitterland cycleway 5

I loved this hotel: most of all the décor of both my room and the public lounge area. I also loved the local historic area, the peace & quiet, the friendly helpful staff, the no. 107 bus that took me everywhere, the boulangerie next door and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

We (my partner and our 4y kid) stayed on their 2 rooms apartment for a 4-night holiday stay during may 2026 and appreciated the separation between the night-area with the beds and the daily room with the fully equipped kitchenette. Being on the top floors we much liked the view over the Bienne lake and the quiet atmosphere of the village without any traffic noise (pedestrian zone around the hotel). Despite the medieval historic feeling of the building, the apartment was fully renovated inside.
