You get everything you need while you stay
Top level of everything
The staff were very great and helpful specially Mohammed Khalil he helped us a lot
The overall service was great from being picked by Teleferic then escorted by car to the top
The Spa and Swimming Pool were top notch
The food was a delicious kurdish cuisine
All other facilities were great i liked the arcade room it was so fun
Thank you everyone for making my birthday stay an amazing one

IraqEverything from A-Z was perfect, the staff was super friendly and helpful especially Ali the receptionist he organized and decorated the room for our marriage anniversary, my wife loved the surprise. The view of the Villa is breathtaking, the snow games are fun although I wish the weight limits were a bit more flexible.
