We stayed at this property for one night in June on our way travelling South. The reception staff were really nice and friendly and our room with small kitchenette exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. It was a good size and very clean and tidy. It's a short walk to the beach or to the central part of Cesenatico. Cesenatico was lovely for an evening stroll and a meal / glass of wine alonside the canal. Another night or two would have been welcome here but all in all a nice quick stop for us. Parking was a little tricky but I managed to find free walkable parking the road behind the property ok.

a great experience! the house is very small and minimal, but very well organized, there was nothing missing, and the location - being literaly on the water with places to relax on the roof and in the front - is amazing and was worth any inconvinience.

Absolutely amazing stay! We’ve traveled a lot as a family, but this vacation in Italy was definitely one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and what truly stood out was the fantastic homemade cuisine — fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Everything was spotless, the service was excellent, and it’s an ideal place for families with children. We will definitely return. Highly recommended!
