The warmest welcome and the most relaxing couple of days by the pool with a great breakfast. Everything we needed to be set up for the day. We stayed in the double room with terrace. It was a little piece of paradise, so tranquil. Short walk to Duino harbour for food and a dip in the sea! Easily accessed by public transport no need for a car if you don’t mind walking. Shop in the village or bigger supermarket 15min or so walk with a cafe/bar with lovely staff too.

We were warmly greeted on arrival. We arrived at 12.30pm and our room was not ready. So, the receptionist kindly said we can use one of the spa rooms to get changed and suggested we go over to the beach club. The beach club is a great addition, although we did have to pay more to get access to the pool. We received a text when the room was ready and it was beautiful, on the front of the marina and very well decorated. The bathroom was lovely. The only issue was that the shower door didn't allow for a towel to be placed down whilst opening into the main bathroom area. We didn't realize breakfast was only served until 10.30am, so despite us arriving around that time the receptionist kindly let us in regardless. He was very helpful when we asked to call for a taxi, however we were surprised and had no idea that a hotel would have trouble getting a taxi into the main city of Trieste! Fortunately some other guests were very kind to let us ride with them - all arranged by the receptionist. Fantastic service and made the overall panic over missing our cruise disappear!

The sunset from the room was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s a pet friendly establishment as well. The breakfast was good, not just usual sweet italian breakfast but they offered prosciutto and cheese as well.

Really cute village house with charm. It’s located about 10min drive from Sistiana and 30min drive from Trieste. Our room (Timo) had one large bed and one small (maybe sofa) bed, the latter was extremely uncomfortable. The room is equipped with TV, kettle (with many tea varieties), small wardrobe. In the bathroom there were soap, shampoo and shower gel that smelled amazing. The breakfast was served on an old well, but it was rather limited and cold. They refilled it regularly. The cappuccino I had there was really great.

Fantastic modern accommodation right in the heart of Monfalcone Marina! The staff was very helpful and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location was very pleasant, and since we were on a cycling trip, it served as a great starting point for our rides. Some areas nearby are still under construction, but it’s nothing that would disturb your peace and quiet. The restaurant was also very pleasant.
