The property was great! The AC worked perfect as did all the amenities offered. The lady at the front desk was nice, the pool was refreshing. You can take a walk around the property and see a great view with horses. Their dog took care of us while we went for a walk. She followed us and made sure we didn’t get lost.

We traveled with a 3-month-old baby and arrived early. Despite that, they prepared the room for us in advance and allowed us an early check-in. The owners and staff are very friendly. The breakfast is typically Italian (lots of sweet items). Additionally, there's yogurt, salami, prosciutto, and cheese available. For vegans, they offered some fruit, cereal and soy milk. The hotel is located a bit remotely, but it's a 10-minute drive to the city (Fucecchio).

Very nice and quiet place. Very friendly staff. The property is new as so rooms. Very comfortable. Big, clean swimming pool in the garden for gests. Just two comfortable apartments in the property so there should't be many people. We arrive there late evening and there was no problem to praepare a hot meal for us.
