This was our last stay in Italy after being there for a month, and we wished we had gotten here sooner! We're pretty particular when it comes to accommodations, and this place met and exceeded our expectations. If you want to enjoy the quintessential Tuscan countryside while staying in a clean, modern place with access to plenty of great restaurants/bakeries/stores, then I'd definitely recommend booking this place.

It is a really good choice for those who travel to Marche and want to get a feeling of the life in italian countryside, see wonderful views on the hills and fields of sunflowers, while being close both to the seaside and the places like Urbino, SanMarino etc. With kids it was a really good choice, since the garden is large and the house is also big and comfortable, and fresh even on a very hot day. We particularly enjoyed the small moments of chat with signor Luigi, kids still mention him. If you like italian views, mountains, food etc you have to like or at least to be ready to drive the roads that are not always streight and perfect. If you like the latter, you should maybe stay nearby the sea resort.

The host is super friendly and extremely helpful. One of the best places to stay in this region and I'm saying this after an enormous amount of stays in the past few years.

Beautiful house on a very nice location (beautiful view!). Upstairs are 6 rooms with each a private bathroom and airco (like a hotelroom). There is also a big playroom upstairs. The rooms have comfortable beds, a window which can be opened automatically, clothing rack and a small table. Downstairs is a big kitchen with al the stuff you need! The beautiful garden includes a private pool, BBQ, pizza oven and a bathroom. There is a lot of space to relax. Everything was very clean and decent. The hosts live in the same building, they were very kind!
