Lovely location with a pool. Food in the restaurant was very good. Everything was excellent.

Maria has added so many thoughtful considerations to bring great comfort and a homely feel to the property. She was a fantastic host, and was super nice and helpful. There is also a lovely and big terrace joined to this accommodation. I would highly recommend this property to people, and would stay with Maria if I am back in this region again.

It’s a wonderful place to completely unwind. The spacious grounds and stunning views invite both inspiration and reflection, while a refreshing dip in the pool makes the days fly by. The house is also ideally located near many attractions, such as charming villages (including Perugia), beautiful lakes, and local wineries. Cities like Rome, Florence, and Siena are easy to visit on a day trip.

We had the option of booking a free travel cot for our 10 month old baby boy. Not only was it set up for us on arrival but it was so beautifully prepared with bedding! Our host was wonderfully communicative and generous and went the extra mile to ensure that we were more than comfortable. The amenities were beautiful and the cleanliness throughout was impeccable. If possible, we would love to return for a longer stay. It was over and above our expectations!

One of the best stays I've ever experienced. The hosts were so incredibly kind and gracious, the place was beautiful and extremely clean, and overall I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Felt like my grandparents' house, a cozy and calm oasis.

Perfect location, 1 minute walk from the main square of Panicale and lovely views over the valley from the bedroom. Marcella was amazing, really responsive and accommodating, welcoming us when we arrived and showing us around and telling us everything we needed to know about the studio.

A great stay here. The staff were very friendly. The pool was perfect to swim in as it was very hot . The bed was very comfy . The views were fabulous. Looking out to the beautiful Umbrian countryside. The restaurant was absolutely amazing. Delicious meal and lovely outlook.

Spacious two bedrooms and two bathrooms set in a stunning location. Lovely outdoor space and view. Such friendly and helpful hosts Fabrizio and Veronica. A wonderful central spot to explore lovely parts of Umbria. We even did a day trip to Orvieto. The environment gives a great feeling of peace ! We hope to be back 😀
