Parking on site. Rooms excellent. Walking distance from the town of Pennabilli which has lovely cafes and restaurants.

Very comfortable, well appointed, large rooms (studio suites) and the jacuzzi bath was a bonus. Friendly and helpful owner who booked dinner for us at a lovely local restaurant.

My husband and I were delighted to come across the Casina Morgana, a small independent studio nestled among the trees in a private garden, next to a river. We loved the comfy bed and soft pillows; the bath in the bedroom; the patio where we were served a fabulous breakfast; our delightful hosts (and our neighbours) who were so welcoming and helpful.

Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was terrific with locally sourced produce. Rosana was an amazing host. Fabulous location close to the historic centre of Sant'Agata Feltria. Lovely medieval farm house with amazing views of the Appenine mountains.

We spent 3 nights in the apartment with my family (2 boys 3 ; 8years old). Attilio was very kind and helpful, we could ask him for anything, he even recommended places to visit. The apartment is easily accessible, located in a quiet area, the parking is in a closed courtyard. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and clean, they have everything you need during your stay. For breakfast, muesli, croissants and other delicacies are available. Both the apartment and the garden are very tastefully decorated. We can only recommend it, if we come to the area, we will definitely choose Attilio again! Grazie :)

The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and peaceful, the rooms are very charming and stylish, the breakfast is amazing and, above all else, the hostess, Martina, was one of the kindest people we've ever met. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to ensure you have the best stay in Italy!

It is a very comfortable and cozy house completed with many cute details. The host was really kind and flexible allowing us to check in and out outside the defined times. He also left us a bottle of wine. The place is close to nice hikes and single trail tracks.
