The hotel has a great location. The breakfast was excellent. They have their own beach, which is very hand. Nice, very clean and friendly staff.

Appartamento pulito e funzionale. Ho molto apprezzato il grande balcone, fresco e con un bell'affaccio. Tutto ben tenuto, compresa la piscina comprensiva di bagnino. Posizione perfetta per godersi il mare e la pineta, che sono giusto a 2 minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo a famiglie con bambini.

The location of the accomodation was very good, close to the beach, with excelent view. The room s were clean, all with the air condition.

We stayed there for two weeks with our dog, and we were really very satisfied. A family-run hotel with a friendly and helpful management and staff, elevator, convenient private parking, and a close location to the sea. A quite small room, but big enough for two, with all the necessary equipment and a spacious bathroom and a balcony. Air conditioning, smart TV, minibar, very comfortable bed. The hotel is very clean, with daily high-quality cleaning. Excellent breakfasts, a wide variety of dishes and perfect service. There is a paid beach nearby with a good restaurant (for lunch), as well as plenty of space for free location.

The staff is extraordinarly friendly, smiling and helpful. The place is clean and the closed parking is a great advantage. The pool is very nice. The breakfast was the best I had in my one week trip in Italy. I will definitely come back. And deeply recommend it..

Localisation is very good -very close to our favourite beach, with almost no car traffic ( there is a railway very close and you hear the trains but this is the case for all houses in PIneto located close to the sea). The apartment is spacious with big terrace, reserved parking place. The garden inside is very nice and clean. Within short walking distance you can borrow a bike, fin some nice restaurants and very good local bakery.
