Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Tropea

Our stay was very enjoyable, and the hotel met all our expectations. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. The breakfasts were excellent and served until 1:00 PM. The restaurant staff provided service of the highest standard – friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. An additional advantage is the free shuttle service to the old town, the train station, and the beach. From the hotel terraces, there is a beautiful view of Tropea. Special thanks to Teresa, Gianluca – the "Tuttofare" and Tonino, our very own "Bruce Willis," for making our stay even more memorable.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city centre and train station. The staff were very kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Libertino. The room was very cosy, quiet, clean and fitted with all we could possibly need. The location was perfect, being the building just a couple of minutes walk from Tropea's old town and at the same time not too close to the plethora of noisy and commercial hotspots. Above all though we greately appreciated the authentically warm reception of Francesco, the host, who made us feel like at home thanks to his spontaneous, positive and contageous bonomy as well as his useful tips on where to go for a dinner or simply for a good ice-cream or granita. Last but not least the fine and original artworks, which Francesco, also a painter, has decorated the interior of the building with, deserve a mention. Spot on! We wiil definitely go back soon

The rooms are all newly renovated. There are even 2 washing machines. Parking lot in the inner courtyard. Mr Antonio (host) is more than friendly and accommodating. If you want to spend your vacation in Tropea, Antonio (Residenza Arena) is the right address!

We spent 9 days at this accommodation, which we all really enjoyed. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. The pizzeria offers very, very delicious food, with typical Calabrian dishes. Our room was cleaned every day, the cleaning ladies were also very nice and helpful. Both rooms had air conditioning, we also had a refrigerator, so they were well equipped. The view is also beautiful, you could admire the sea while having breakfast. We can only recommend it!

Excellent location - just Top really..., simplicity of the furnitures, all very clean; I did not use the kitchenette but think there were most utensils present, if one needs it, very kind staff, very safe to come back at night and close to everything you need -port, beach, old town and very convenient to reach for a short stop, if it is too hot and you need a break, there are animals on the premises, just as I read, but it adds some charm and in no way should make you doubt your choice to book here.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff exceptional. The location can't be beat in the middle of town. The elevator was a plus. The room was small and clean but very comfortable with small gallery. Air conditioning was excellent.

Location right in the centre next to all the restaurants, bars and boutiques. Very close to the sunset point. Spacious apartment. Lounge and.bedroom large. Nicer than photos show.

Excelent apartment Spatious ( for family of 4 almost adults ) very well equpied and well maintained. The location is perfect. In the center of one of the most beautifull towns in Italy. Of course is a little bit noisy but windows has good isolation so its not a big problem. I would come and come in Tropea again and use this apartment every time.

Location is central to everything in the town. The property was about 10-15 minutes walk to and from the Tropea station so easy to get to.

Friendly staff, the pool was nice and relaxing and the food was excellent

When we arrived already wait for us one woman and gave for us key from apartment.

Everything was good. The host is friendly and speaks good english. Def going there again!

Getting the keys from thr beachside hotel was a nice touch. The coffee shops and bakery across the road were really good.

The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an AC and a hairdryer. It also has a balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast which btw has been absolutely fantastic!

We had a truly pleasant stay. The property is new and well-maintained, but the real added value was Francesco’s hospitality, which made us feel at home right away. ​It was a wonderful surprise to discover how much this area has to offer even outside of the peak season: the landscapes and the atmosphere are unique and deserve to be experienced year-round. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation and a perfect calm base for exploring the region.

Everything was wonderful! Due to unexpected circumstances, we were moved to a different property, but we ended up being even happier with the new accommodation. The hosts handled everything professionally and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated their flexibility and communication. We would definitely stay with them again and highly recommend them!
