Amazing property with a stunning views, Rita really made us feel at home. Everything was clean, neat and well equipped. She also gave us a tour of her farm and animals which our toddler enjoyed very much.

The location is amazing, very clean and really authentic. Roberta and her mother are really sweet and kind. The breakfast provided is more than enough and includes a lot of locally produced products. The view over the hills is amaizing.

In the tiny town of Murci this pizza inn and restaurant, hotel is a bit hard to find but well worth the effort. The owner/chef/hostess was a wonderful multi-lingual bustling energetic person. The old inn looks well worn inside and out. They have scheduled and spontaneous music in the dining room, although we were past the season for that. The WiFi was free and reasonable with a few dead spots. The old rooms were incredibly spacious which allowed for the first full-size, walk-in shower of our trip. The breakfast and the pizza at night were made mostly from local product/ingredients and the warm bread and homemade jams at breakfast were lovely. Absolutely quiet all night except for the wind and rain, which were joyous. The old keys to the room felt so unnecessary that we forgot them in the lock (from the outside) all night. Parking is simply anywhere on the street.

In the heart of the Tuscany region, beautiful mountains view ,close to the famous thermic cascade of mulinio , best home made food from pastas , cheese,cakes free range eggs 🥚for breakfast…I recommend it to anyone who loves farm style living.. The place itself with its atmosphere was really fantastic. Calm and quet place. We got exactly the same what we saw during booking. Friendly host - Erika and Monica were really helpful and offered the place to eat. Saturnia-thermal-bath and Pitigliano were close by car. We enjoyed it and I just can propose this place.

Ilario is a kind and easygoing host. :) The house is cute and cozy, quite large for two couples. The location is truly good - a stunning medieval town in Maremma, smack-bang close to Saturnia hot Springs, Pitigliano and much more. Top value - the bnb is definitely worth the price. We'll surely be back! 😉

The view and the surrounding areas were incredible. The farm was as seen in a movie. We could hear the crickets at night and it was so quite and relaxing. It took us 8 minutes by car to arrive at the "Cascate".

Mariella was the loveliest host - she was waiting for us at the property to show us around, give us helpful information about the local area (places to visit/eat/parking for thermal springs). The upstairs apartment was so spacious, the kitchen has everything we needed for cooking - it was a very comfortable stay. The property is a great location for the thermal springs - minutes down the road. We would definitely stay again.
