I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Tanderra in Sri Lanka, which was an amazing experience. We were a party of 6 all female friends. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, we were captivated by the sheer beauty and tranquility that surrounded us. The rooms were spacious, bright, and well maintained. Each bedroom was comfortable, featuring plush beds, high-quality linens, and 3 had breathtaking views of the ocean. The en-suite bathrooms were fitted with luxurious fixtures, rain showers, and quality products. One of the highlights of this villa was its indoor / outdoor living spaces. The expansive dining table was perfect for long lunches. It overlooked the pool at one side and the garden on the other. Really felt that it was inside outside living. The staff at the villa were exceptional in every way. They were warm, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. From the moment we arrived, we received a personalized service that left a lasting impression. The private chef, Santha, prepared delectable meals, showcasing the finest flavors of Sri Lankan cuisine, and the attentive housekeeping staff Sampath and Darshana ensured that the villa was always in pristine condition. In conclusion, our stay at this amazing villa in Sri Lanka was nothing short of magical. It exceeded all our expectations in terms of luxury, beauty, and hospitality. If you're looking for a truly extraordinary experience amidst a tropical paradise, I wholeheartedly recommend this villa. It's a haven of tranquility and indulgence, and a place that will leave you with memories to cherish for a lifetime.

We initially planned for a one-night stay, but extended it to 3 days, making this place the highlight of our Sri Lanka trip. The food, crafted by the owner, an exceptional chef, was outstanding, with a new daily menu based on the freshest market ingredients. Access to a pristine beach, often all to ourselves, offered unforgettable views. Comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and the AC provided a reprieve from the heat. Generous hosts Thibal, Tatiana, and Charlotte catered to our needs, offering fresh fruit plates and complimentary drinks throughout our stay.

THE SANCTUARY- Tangalle
We really enjoyed our staying at this villa. It was clean and cozy. An ideal place for privacy. The beach was empty for kilometers in both directions. We felt like we were on a desert island. The owner was very helpful and quickly resolved all our questions. Hope to visit this beautiful place again 🤍

The staff were so lovely and attentive. The location was great to get away from it all, and the beach was quiet. A lovely villa, garden and pool and extremely well kept. The staff couldn’t do more for us, including Umesh who stayed over to make sure we got our taxi to the Whale watching trip at 4am!

The most wonderful and neat place, me and my wife, visited during our trip. Cleanliness and sanitary conditions meet the highest standards. The hotel is newly built, the apartments are very spacious and comfortable. The bed is huge and comfy, the view from your balcony is wild nature. The host Nisha is very caring, responsible and most importantly the most amazing chef, for him is a pleasure and joy to cook delicious and best quality meals. After our first lunch, we ate only here - breakfast, lunch and dinner. One more important thing is security 24 hours a day - Suki, Coco and Oldie. We become friends with those cute dogs from the first day :) Most of the restaurants and hotels we visited before disappointed us, but this place will leave the best memories of Sri Lanka.

Golden Beach Paradise
Swimming pool is very clean. Rooms are cleaning every other day. Beach in front. It’s not visible from the rooms but it’s because of the greens and it has its own charm because u can hear the ocean always. Breakfast is good and u can choose between some options. The hotel will help u in different excursions and will provide u with a taxi. U can’t swim in the ocean but it was not a problem for us as soon as u can walk on this beautiful wild and very long Beach. Also they can drop u to close beach where u can swim.

This was actually the best place where we stayed during our 2 weeks holiday in sri lanka. Super cute apartments very good food. Staff was speaking perfect english. No crowd at the beach just the nature. We were sorry we needed to leave this gem

Thank you for the cozy space to recharge. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful, beautiful, delicious, and peaceful. Just what I needed after the city's energy. We achieved a 100% state of samadhi. Everything around is green 🌴and full of flowers🌺 tropical birds are singing, the ocean is beautiful, and the villa is very clean and comfortable. We slept like children. It was heaven on earth 🦋🐳🦜🦚

We planned to stay in this beautiful house for just a few days with my mom, but the stunning beaches nearby and the incredible hospitality of Soma’s family made us extend our stay for an entire extra week. We’ll truly miss the family and all the delicious food they cooked for us during our holiday. We highly recommend everyone to meet this wonderful family, stay at their place and go to some trips with them!
